February is the month that we celebrate Black History.  This is a time where we recognize the contributions of Black Americans that have help to sculpt our nation into the greatest nation on planet earth.

We are  extremely proud that one of our very own was spotlighted by United States Tennis Association – Florida (USTA-Florida).  Gaines Park Tennis Associations’ current Board Chair and Tennis Coach – Eddie Luby recently sat down with Jaret Kappelman, Marketing & Communications Coordinator for USTA to discuss his journey in tennis.  It was published under their (USTA-Florida) Faces of Florida Tennis in an article entitled Celebrating Black History Month:  Eddie Luby.  The article was published February 17, 2023.
